At Social Media Chicks LLC, we pride ourselves on providing quality, customized social media services every month. Because our work begins immediately upon payment and each month’s content is created specifically for your brand, all sales are final.
1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any plan or service once payment has been processed.

This includes partial refunds for mid-month cancellations or unused time.

Each plan operates on a month-to-month basis, and service continues through the end of the paid billing period.
2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days’ written notice by email.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged moving forward.
3. Service Satisfaction
We aim to ensure every client is satisfied with their experience. If you have a concern about your content or service delivery, please reach out to us at hello@socialmediachicks.com within 5 business days of receiving your monthly content. We’ll do our best to address your concerns quickly and fairly.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if:

A duplicate payment was made by error, or

A technical issue on our end prevented services from being delivered.
