Once you choose a plan, we’ll send you a quick onboarding email with your upload link. Each month, you’ll submit your photos, videos, or updates through that link. From there, we handle everything — captions, design, posting, and scheduling.

Do I have to provide content every month?
Yes — your photos and videos help keep your brand authentic and personal. Even a few clips or images make a big difference. We’ll remind you when it’s time to upload your monthly content.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Our services are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
We just ask for 30 days’ written notice before canceling so we can finish your current cycle smoothly.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Because our services are customized and begin immediately each month, all payments are non-refundable. You can cancel future months anytime with notice.
Who owns the content you create?
You own all branded content we design specifically for your business.
We retain ownership of templates and unbranded designs used in our process. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio to display examples of our style.
What platforms do you post to?
We can post on up to seven platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
Captions are tailored to your chosen primary platform (or up to 3 for higher-tier plans).
Do you handle engagement or messages?
No, we focus on content creation and scheduling. You’ll manage your own DMs and comments so your engagement stays authentic and in your voice.
Do you provide performance reports?
Yes, monthly analytics are included in the Growth and Complete Plans.
You’ll get a clear summary showing how your posts performed and what’s driving the most engagement.
How long does setup take?
Setup is quick! Once you sign up and send your first upload, your content plan begins right away. Most accounts are fully active within 5–7 business days.
Do you work with all industries?
We specialize in helping small businesses — from real estate and service providers to creatives and local shops.

Do you do social media ads or lead generation?
